Operations Secretary (m/f/d)

For SkyAlps, a leading company in the regional aviation sector, we are looking for an Operations Secretary (m/f/d).

The role includes the following duties:

  • Support for various functions and operational office management;
  • Secretarial activities, including appointment management and organization, room booking, minute taking, travel organization with hotel, ticket, and car booking;
  • Case management, document registration and archiving.

The ideal candidate:

  • has a solid knowledge of spoken and written English;
  • has good computer skills, particularly with the Office suite;
  • shows a predisposition for teamwork and problem-solving;
  • is highly communicative and organized.
